This is in keeping with something I have been doing. I provide, free, a furnacer and water heater safety inspection to anyone who wants one. I stress that this is something that NACHI is offering.

Have done 5, so far, and found 3 bad ones. One had a cracked heat exchanger and was producing Aldehydes (sp). The guy though it was mold and really wanted me there to check for mold.

Called an HVAC guy I know and who owed me some favors. he came right over and discovered the exchanger problem. He even gave the client a discount, based upon my referral.

Everyone was happy (well, sort of. The client had to get a new furnace, but he understood the need and was greatful for the find).

He is STRONGLY praising NACHI to all his cusomers. He owns a local candy factory and store.

Work locally, pass the credit nationally, to NACHI.

A formula for success.
