This is a 3/4 S-trap right? Does the horizontal run just slightly down the line prevent the siphoning problems that S-traps experience and make it okay? Thanks.

no … two 90’s instead of that 45 would have been a better way to go imo…Jim

Your insulation is installed upside down. The paper side should be down
It’s not an S-trap, but it’s wrong and needs to be corrected. . .
I’d bet it will act like an S-Trap.
The volume of water, speed of drainage and elevation drop from the fixture will determine the potential.
