WOW! Steve was local to my area, and although I did not know him well, I did know him through local HI chapters. He was totally an awesome guy! It is very sad to see people like him go. He was always full of energy, high spirit, and laughter. The local home inspector meetings won’t be the same ever again! He was not greedy and one of handful of people that welcomed, encouraged, and spoke out for new inspectors. This is a very very sad news! Such a small world! I wish well to everyone in his circle of friends and family!
