One of our partners, the Home Safety Council, has created what I think is a good tool to help educate you clients and get them aware of safety in their new home. And it takes you about two or three minutes tops. Just ask them six questions, go to the web page below and indicate their response, then email or print for them the custom safety checklist it provides for them. They can complete the checklist themselves, which will give them the opportunity to think about the items on it.
