We could go one step further by cloaking the entire truck.
At least that way anyone going too fast for the truck but not fast enough to get past it would only have an accident at the delta speed between themselves and the truck, leaving less damage and the dingbat overtaker off the road while their vehicle gets repaired. 
Someone sent me this some time ago. Seems like a good idea! Now IF we could ONLY locate that guy that causes ALL the accidents!
