Hi to all,

Joe, this issue is realy kind of stupid and is a failure of management within the Tampa authorities, they are not generating enough money from permitting to pay enough to get the job done properly. So they are loosing staff to the private sector which in this state is able to do code inspections as subcontractors to the AHJ.
