He NEVER mentions there may indeed be 1 or more cracks in block, brick basement wall or crack or deteriorated leaky rod holes.

He NEVER mentions water may be entering through, around, under a basement window or door, or through some cracked, deteriorated bricks and mortar joints above grade. Same w/chimney. I could go on lol.

Adding dirt does NOT ‘waterproof’ any part of a basement or crawlspace wall, let along the entire wall, not on this planet, maybe on Mars…
