If I had the feeling that I could slander others with impunity, I would begin posting in your local realtors forum.
I would think that that might cause you to loose business and the repercussions of that would land me in a bad position.
If this is where you choose to do battle, I'll reserve the right to choose my venue as well, just do us all a favor and stand in one place on one position, and engage your enemy, not his friends.

Peter, since we seem to have a difference of opinion, let me make a proposal.
Lets submit our information, receipts, checks, e-mail, etc. to the NACHI ethics committee for arbitration. I do not know any of the members on the committee, but that is what this organization is all about. Since they have no legal authority, we could both agree here in writing to abide by their decision or relinquish our NACHI membership and benefits for a minimum of 3 years. They could publish their opinion in the ethics or members only section, which ever the deemed appropriate.
I am willing to take this to our peers. How about you?
