When you guys book an inspection do you tell the client that they should get a separate termite inspection since you don’t offer it or is that usually the buyers agent that arranges that? Do you find a Wdo company for the client to come during the time you are there or do you always leave that part up to the client/realtor? I only ask because when I bought my house I scheduled an inspection but when I showed up there was a separate company there for the termite inspection that I didn’t call.
I have nothing to do with the termite inspections. I don’t call the guy, pay the guy or even recommend the guy.
Do you let the client know on the phone? I wasn’t sure if they expected a “one stop shop”.
