David, Try the red eye reduction mode on your camer. That should help. 
Seriously, I echo your thoughts on i-NACHI as it one of it’s greatest assets available to all of us.
Whether it’s getting an answer from someone that knows more than you or just having a place to practice inspector speak and share stories, it is a wonderful resource.
