I am a new inspector, I have taken a classroom course (required for a Maryland home inspectors license) and I have passed the national home inspectors exam. Maryland requires me to provide proof of insurance ($150,000 coverage.) Where do I find a vendor for insurance? Are there insurers whom are internachi recommended? I don’t know a thing about this and would appreciate advice. I hope this is the appropriate forum for this question. Many thanks!
