Seeking Full time/Part time Home Inspector
Baker Street Home Inspection Services Inc. is a prominent home inspection and renovation consulting business that has been providing services to homeowners, home sellers and homebuyers since 1985.
Position Summary:
We are currently looking for an individual to join our team and perform quality residential home inspections and renovation consulting across the GTA.
Job Role:
· Conduct highly thorough and consultative home inspections
· Create detailed & quality home inspection reports using our in-house software package
· Travel throughout the GTA
Qualifications of the ideal candidate:
· is in the process of completing/has completed an accredited Home Inspector Training program
· Related work experience in construction technology a must
· Professional attitude with a presentable presence
· High attention to detail and a strong memory
· Ability to work independently
· Strong computer skills (Word, Excel)
· Good listening and interpersonal skills, clear written & oral communication skills
· Fluent in English
· Any other business skills will be an asset to a small but growing consulting firm
Potential Start Date: September/October 2019
Job Type: Part-time, possibly transitioning to full-time by March 2020
Able to donate 1 day/week to begin in house orientation & training
