Try writing it up thinking in the 3rd person. Instead of
Maybe try “Biltmore is licensed, insured, and extensively trained. With moral values and an unsurpassed ethical approach to your home inspection, Biltmore will ease the worries you may have on what could be the investment of a lifetime…” Then throw in @ruecker tag line…something like that anyway…
