Hello,

My name is Vincent, and I am a CPI located in Homestead, Florida (Dade County) and operate in Dade, Monroe, Broward, and seldomly Palm Beach, and Collier county. I am writing to inquire about any current job openings for a full-time CPI in South or Central Florida. I have extensive experience in insurance inspections, some wind mitigation inspections, along with some complete home inspections. I am currently pursuing my mold cert and studying for the part 107.

Regarding the relocation aspect, I am open to relocating to Central Florida (Orlando region preferred), as I am currently not bound by any lease agreements.

Pro:

- I have my own tools

- I have my own insurance if needed

- I have a reliable vehicle and I love to drive

- I’m always eager to learn and easy to coach

- I don’t have an ego

- I have fantastic customer service experience

Cons:

- I currently do not possess a drone license, but I am working on that, in the meantime, I like to walk each roof within a safe manner.

No, I did not utilize chat gpt. 🤣

Feel free to contact me:

Ty for your time and have a wonderful day.

You may benefit from networking opportunities at the [Home Inspectors Association of South Florida](https://homeinspectorsofsouthflorida.com/) or FABI events. HIASF meets every month, FABI is typically every quarter.
