Should anything be said about this service entrance pole being out of plumb? Its didn’t appear to be damaged.
It probably wasn’t installed out of plumb, so you can mention that a guy wire be installed for safety.

That’s sexist! Why couldn’t they install a gal wire? 'Course that may cause interference and need more filtering.

I would check with the local power company, because in most locations the owner is responsible for the additional pole for moble homes if to far from the service poles.
The guying of the pole in some cases might be the responsibility of the owner.
Just because you pronounce it guy doesn’t mean it isn’t pronounced guy. Because sometimes guy can be pronounced guy and sometimes it is pronounced guy.
