Yes. I always pay attention to utilities- shut-off’s, clean-outs, overhead electrical lines, disconnects etc. I ensure everything appears to be serviceable, accessible and in good condition.

The main water shut off location is included in my report. We mostly have well system in my area, but if I find the main shut off, I take pictures and include it my report just as an FYI.
