The screw above the left hand busbar bonds the cabinet. The neutrals and grounds are connected via the strap between them.


You do have a problem that they ran out of terminals. The neutrals should not be doubled and tripled up. They need the expansion bus kits

They just got lazy. There's an empty bus under the grounding bus.

I agree with lazy but they are still short on lugs, even with that one. That looks like the QO120xxxx 20 space panel and that one is always short of lugs.

looks like some oxidation in there too around those bus connection nut / bolts just above the breakers. Not real bad but should be at least reported as needing torque checked. I always advise torque checks in all panels. Anyone that has worked on many panels knows that loose connections are usually present.

The white wire is going to the bus bar under the one with all the grounds. They are electrically the same in this panel anyway since they are all bonded together.


The fix is to add the supplimental ground bar kits and split these up.
