Does anybody have a copy of a sellers notice they give the seller prior to doing a sewer scope?
You don’t need to notify a seller.
It’s the buyers right to have a property inspected in their sales contract.
Just make sure that you have your General Liability Insurance paid up.
I’ve been offering them for a few years and have never notified the sellers about the scope, although if my plumber is unable to remove the plug we do get authorization through the LA to remove a toilet to run the scope.
I’ve never had a problem.
