Shocking panel when unscrewing

I got a rather unpleasant surprise today unscrewing the last screw on a dead front today. First of all, someone used a machine screw to fasten dead front.

Big bang , flash...then smoke. Apparently the screw was laying against a 60a/220v sub-panel line. Check out the pic.... hard to see but the overall shape is what is important.

What type of PPE, if any were you wearing?

Think about your safety and the next time.

Glad you were not injured.
