Should I be calling out tpr valve piping on a four point inspection and tree coverage over the roof.

Up to you. If the tree looks dead, and about to fall on the roof, then yes. But I typically dont, they have the pics to look through if they want to demand anything be done. The problem I have with the 4 point is that the form is so vague. I tend not to tell them more than they are specifically asking for.
For example, I have heard some inspectors callling out missing GFCI, etc, but that just causes a headache for everyone involved, and the form doesnt even ask about that.
