These are pictures of a 30 year old home I inspected today. The first photo is the shower, in all of its glory.

The second photo is the other side of the shower (dining room wall).

The third is the master bedroom wall in back of the shower.

Eric,

Kinda makes you wonder why they never did anything. I mean really why else would the wood on the other side of the shower wall be rotting! ![icon_biggrin.gif](upload://iKNGSw3qcRIEmXySa8gItY6Gczg.gif)

Good Pics!

I guess they couldn’t see the wall while they were at the dining room table. I don’t know how some people can let things go on for so long. Where the wall meets the sliding glass doors, the stucco was coming off of the wall and water was leaking onto the closed in rear patio every time someone took a shower.

Eric, I love all your pictures, but see if you can use one of your computer programs to size them. Microsoft Photodraw comes with many computers and is great for simply resizing pictures. A 600x400 picture works very well.

Home inspections. . . .

Thanks to the advise of others, I figured out how to make it easier for those with out the faster connections. I also have resized several of the newer pics for faster loading.
