Did an inspection last summer and noted the siding had deterioration. Buyer just now called after having a repair guy out. Repair guy says the siding is under recall however that action was closed approx 4 years ago. Home is like 25-30 years old now and buyer wants me liable to replace all siding because I did not state the siding had been under recall 25± years ago. What is my proper response?
Are recalls part of your SOP and agreement that he signed? :roll:
