Regretfully, my experience with simple solutions llc was not a pleasant one. Per their website they indicate You won’t ever have to worry about missing another opportunity! From our two month experience with Simple solutions opportunities were definitely MISSED! To make matters worse this was during the slow season for inspection in November and December. This is what you will likely get if you sign up with simple solutions:: They will send your calls to a call back and voicemail system. Unfortunately in the home inspection business sending calls to a call back system and voicemail system and not answering the phone when it rings leads to potential clients hanging up and calling other home inspectors leading to lost potential business. We understand that your time is important " I will give them credit they did try to resolve the issue by setting up a separate dedicated phone # for my paid online ads. But as experienced home inspection company owners know you have to answer the phone when it rings and not let it go to a voicemail system as today’s clients will just hang up and call the next home inspection company on the list. I have multiple calls recorded indicating that the calls were not being answered in a timely manner and making them leave their information, this is not what I signed up for. Word of advice, If you do decide to go with this company please do not let them have access to your checking account. As they charged my account 845.00 for December’s bill and 2575.00 for services I did not receive without an explanation, warning or invoices… I tried to resolve this issue by emailing and calling prior to writing this review, they are choosing to ignore my request for a call back and explain the over draft of my checking account of the 2575.00

Have you talked with your bank about a new account number, etc?
Issue has been resolved they are refunding the $2575.00 we will see if the bill me for the last month of the 3 month contract that ends January 31st.
