One logical reason could be planed moves to that state.
It could also be to increase insufficient rental housing and a policy that recently changed in that state. There was a policy resolution change that was voted in favor of, thus increasing rental housing in that state.
100%. People want to move out of states where crime is high and there’s no punishment for crime. That’s called the blue state.They want to move to states that are safe. Those states happen to be red states.
How do I know this. Because I actually live in the United States. 99% of my clients are retired people fleeing from blue states in search of freedom and safety. The intelligent ones move to conservative states.
Az is lax on crime and is not the safest place. The migration is more due to weather and taxes.
