Boy do I feel silly ![icon_redface.gif](upload://f7DX2EWhmUfsDapWaYT3oJHMCj1.gif)

I was called in a bit early to do the preliminary on the pool and decided to take another look.

I think it was either Greg or Randy that called it. . .

Shielded cable (coaxial)!!

Here's the story as explained to me by the Super. Apparently the design of the security system in this home is "top secret" . Only the security company has the blueprints and only a select few people have access to them. The coaxial, I am told, is part of the design for the "exterior camera system and satellite link."

This next picture shows what will be the control room. . .

Now that the electrical rough is almost complete, the service panel has been mounted exactly where the plans specify

A simple 200 amp system

Oh well. Live and learn

Jeff thanks for filling us in, now I can sleep again. icon_lol.gif

What I saw as 4/0 is really 4/U, RG 4/U is large coax.

Still very curious why the coaxes are cut short, usually we must run coax unbroken from point to point.

No problem, the first picture and description was what we went by and I am glad that it is not the electrical service after all. ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif)
