Perhaps the slab wasn’t poured exactly level and flat? Curling usually occurs when the surface of fresh concrete is allowed to dry too quickly (think desiccation cracking of clay soils on a dry lake bed). Cracks appear uniform in width. My call is typical shrinkage cracking probably due to a higher than designed water / cement ratio.
