I have ran into 15 year old roofs with small amounts of wear to them usually on the tips of the shingle quite often. How should I write them up on the report.
That looks like mechanical damage to me. Recommend a roofer to repair as required.

Damage to shingle butts is often from foot traffic, but you don’t have to identify the source of damage, just that there was some at scattered areas of the roof.
