Snowbird home watch

I see in Snowbird states, Florida, Arizona and so on. Home Inspectors do weekly or monthly checks on vacant vacation homes. They provide different levels of services. Just a weekly walk around or to entering homes and running the water to keep seals pliable. Picking up any debris around the home to “Look” like someone is there.
Also, if something is disarray, to notify the homeowner.
I see this as a good retirement job for older home inspectors. There is a company called National Home Watch Association. That will help you setup a franchise. The annual dues are $495 for Home Watch Companies.

Has anyone done this?
