I will bet that if this is challenged legally within Florida, I bet they loose.
How can you guarentee a fix of $25,000 for missed defects? Do you have a policy for the possibilities? What if you did 100 inspections in 6 months. Do you have the $2.5 mil if all of these have a claim against you?
I would look at the legality of it first.
