Kennedy, an environmental attorney who has long criticized processed foods, outlined a series of promises under a “Make American Healthy Again” (MAHA) platform under Trump. Although Kennedy has yet to be confirmed by the Senate, among MAHA’s highest listed priorities is “the elimination of harmful chemicals and toxins from America’s food, water and air.”
And this is where they get it wrong. The author and the judge live in a fantasy land. A populist President elect is not effected by traditional forces.
Even with jail time off the table, Trump surely would rather not be sentenced for a crime a week or so before he assumes the presidency; that is not just an embarrassment, but it would potentially weaken his standing both here and abroad.
So first we’ll just grab Greenland, then we’ll annex Canada and force them all into our health insurance system debacle, More $$$ for insurance companies and their CEOs. Then, Mexico? Since we’re changing the name of the Gulf of Mexico, wouldn’t Mexico naturally be next?

Trump has shown time and again that he is terrible at managing natural disasters, including pandemics. Hopefully Mother Nature gives us a respite the next 4 years and no one has to needlessly suffer from his incompetence in this area.
