Got this email this morning, really made my year.

Merry Christmas John
You inspected our new home in De Pere last May and suggested we should install graspable handrails from our back deck down to the yard. We did so, and thus have been saved a minimum of 3 major falls due to the slick surface combined with dogs. We thought you might want to know how much we appreciated your careful inspection and advice.
