SOP for Ohio as Adopted by OHIB

Because I have no standing in Ohio.

You apparently have as little understanding of anti-trust laws as you do other laws. Words have meaning and when used in legislation, those words have specific meaning. That’s why the define the important one right in the regulations that use them. You don’t get to substitute definitions from other sources.

You make false claims in your advertising and here. You engage in deceptive trade practice, which is specifically deemed an ethics violation in the OHIO HI regulation.

BTW: I’m not from Texas and I’m not in Texas. Guess where I was born. Regardless of where I reside or practiced my business, the regulations in Ohio are written in the same language. I’m sure you could misconstrue regulations in any state with the same degree of incompetence that you demonstrate in Ohio. You should probably avoid discussing law in any state and most certainly should refrain from misrepresenting what is stated the in law to the public - you’re neither qualified, nor competent to do so.

State of Ohio says I can!

Are you now representing yourself as a member of the Ohio State Bar?

No, I just represent the state in an official enforcement capacity. That means if you install something in violation of the 'code I am required to show you the article that you violated.

I had to prove to the state that i was "competent " on the code before being allowed to perform an electrical inspection.

In Ohio only the AHJ can interpret the code however I can explain the AHJ interpretation.

So go report me to the SCOHIO.

Interpreting the electrical code during a code compliance inspection is a far cry from misrepresenting the law before the public.

IF I am found to be incorrect you will be the first to know.

I already do and have demonstrated the fact numerous times here.

Your lack of ability to persuade professionals is evidenced here by the universal rejection of you and your silly, baseless, claims by the membership and users of this forum. Your lack of ability to persuade the public is evidenced by your availability to post inane shit here during what would be working hours for inspectors who are capable of attracting clients.

I’m not trying to persuade anyone. I have said before that I could care less about what others do.

Just like I don’t care if you wire something wrong. All I do is call it out. You can take my advice or not. I don’t care.

I can defend every thing that I post.

Every post you make is an attempt to persuade. What other purpose is there for you to express a contrary opinion or engage in a debate? That may explain quite a lot. If you don’t know what you’re doing (i.e., attempting to persuade through argument) it probably explains why you are so incompetent at doing it.

The fact that you could make such a claim is testament to your delusion and is every bit as laughable as the claim you made that you don’t have opinions, but only facts. You’re either delusional or intellectually dishonest or both to put forth such utterly ridiculous claims.

If you actually believe these statements that you make, I suspect you’re beyond help and reason and devoid of any semblance of credibility.

No claim! Facts!

Can you find and post any Ohio law that contradicts what I have said.

The applicable statutes are RC 3781, 3783, 4764.

You can’t.

Vote now to rid this plague!

We all can read what you write…

I replying to comments. Haven’t tried to influence any Ohio HI. Just defending my previous posts.

Seems comprehension must be the problem then

Reading compression, your posts, don’t need more. Maybe you should research the role of a home inspector, it may greatly alleviate your confusion.

Exactly my point, you are learning at least! We have progress, folks!
