I don't see what the issue is with this vent coming out of the basement window!
Half of it is blocked and the cedar shingles indicate to me that the window is 3.5 feet above, which is more that appropriate.

Oil furnace power vents vent out horizontally if I recall correctly, not vertical like gas fireplace wall vents. I don’t see a problem with the power vent either, but then I am a Canadian eh. icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif
