You should resize your picture down to about 50KB if I had dial up that pic would take a week to load.

That’s real nice. Standing water in the crawl. How’d they ever let that service panel in that area and only 6 inches above grade and no clear access space. What area are you working out of?

Oh Yea, notice the edge of the black area (v.b.) on the right. Thats the original depth of the crawl space. The area in front of the box has been dug out.
