We are seeking experienced home inspectors in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Louisiana, Arkansas and the Caribbean to perform Special Property Inspections. We have been awarded a 5-year contract to perform SPI contracts for the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD.)
Inspectors must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, digital cameras and use of the internet to download and upload inspection information. We will be performing a total of over 7000 inspections in these states annually.
We have been in the real estate survey and inspection business for over 7 years, have employed over 75 inspectors and performed more than 30,000 surveys and inspections.
