Upon arriving at the house a buyer hired me to inspect , I am greeted at the door by the seller who I recognize as an old friend I have not seen in years . She then starts to try to warm up to me by bringing up old times and proceeds telling me about her problems in her life and how she is hurting financially and as an old friend maybe I could give her some breaks on the inspection
