Brian, just so you know, if you use HIP, I have [a comprehensive dual language template](https://hinarratives.com/narrative-library-formats/hip-englishspanish-narrative-library/) that provides information in the English narrative, followed immediately by the corresponding Spanish narrative.

Brian, InterNACHI also has a Spanish version of “Now That You’ve Had A Home Inspection” book.
