A few months ago I started to use Stat Counter [http://www.statcounter.com/](http://www.statcounter.com/) and have been tracking the hits to my website. Looking back, on July 23rd I started receiving numerous daily hits to my “admin” page (control panel). I use Grassfrog and my admin page is where I log in to edit my website. Anyone have any ideas why I started receiving the hits to my admin page? The visits are usually very short, only a few seconds, but they seem to come from all around the globe. Is this good? bad?

Thx

What Duffy said. Or spiders following a link to the page if there’s a link to the admin page on your main site somewhere.
