It took me 2 days and alot of phone calls to finally find out what Iowa demands of a HI.
My problem is that I live on the state line of Iowa/Nebraska and really would rather not go through all the phone chasing again.
does anyone here know what the demands are to do home inspections in Nebraska, or would i just have to follow the Iowa guidelines??

Neither Iowa nor Nebraska have any state mandated tests, licensingrequirements, insurance requirements, etc.
If homebuilders don't why would home inspectors??
