At the second floor, along the middle outside wall I observed a crack in the ceiling also which I have not determined yet if it is related to foundation movement. No Cracks at the first floor where evident. some door frames where out of square.

note the location of the cracks, doors out of square, and crack in ceiling recommend foundation specialist review your findings.

You will see on a lot of homes, cracks in the foundation that someone tried to “butter” over with mortar or concrete to cover the cracks.

Look on the interior walls where the cracks are on the exterior.

Also look in the attic where that crack is, maybe someone stepped on the sheetrock or something fell from above?
Good luck

Thats not the HI's Job ... so disclaim that.

Make sure you report the stucco finish which can cover defects, which did not allow a complete foundation inspection (and some items dont look good ... like the second photo)... and the potential for hidden problems.
