In the photo of the shingles going into the stucco, is this proper? The other photo is in the attic and it appears to be moisture stains or is it. The last photo is of an outlet just to make sure that I’m calling it correct. I’m saying that it is an hybrd stucco. It has the foam over the windows and doors. Thanks for your help.
