Stud framing for walk out basement

So there is a walk out basement. The basement has poured cement walls, except the rear wall. The rear corners of the basement walls are cement, but then it goes into stud framing to allow for the patio door. Is this acceptable construction?

Yes. Very common in my area.

Typical building practice. Nothing wrong with it as long as wood framing is above grade. See it every day…
