Hi, @rschertrumpf. My brother and I did a ton of inspections in PA, outside of Philadelphia, around Phoenixville and Pottstown, PA. This course is a favorite of mine. Lots of great info. If you ever need anything, feel free to reach out to me at ben@internachi.org.

I am about to take the course of Defect Recognition and Report Writing. Any additional feedback regarding this course?

This is one of my favs, @cmiller85. No real advice here. Just take it one step at a time. It’s a big course.

I have been working with my husband in the Home Inspection business for 20 years.
I am now ready to begin a fresh start in learning a more efficient way of doing a quality home inspection

Hi, I am also working to get licensing. Almost completed.

First time prompted here.

Howdy Inspectors!

Exterior inspecting is one of my favorite topics.

Greetings, checking in from Florida. Prior from NY. Big difference here is the listing agent expects everything with the inspection should be shared with them. In NY we couldn’t even talk to them much less share details

Hello I am looking forward to taking this course to enable me to produce a professional report, which stays in line with the InterNACHI SOP.
