Nice to know we have support with questions. Alright, here we go!

Thanks Ben

Starting the corse and looking forward to learning something new.

I have successfully passed this course. I will say it was the most challenging of the courses so far. Good luck to everyone.

Just started this course and looking forward to expanding on my knowledge.

Starting the section today.

Looking forward to starting the course right now.

On the 120volt Terminations page it states “In new construction, one would expect to see an outlet at every 12 feet of wall space” and then right under that is a illustration saying “6 feet is the maximum distance” but then it shows outlets that are 12 feet apart. It should probably be re-stated to match NEC standard which says no point on the wall should be more than 6ft from an outlet, meaning they can be 12 feet apart.

On the 120volt Terminations page it states “There is also a common misconception that no switches or receptacles may be installed within 3 feet of a bath or shower enclosure. This is correct for Canada, but not a requirement in the United States.” This changed in 2021, IRC now mandates the 3 feet rule… You may want to update that in the curriculum.
