The ethics course is well put together. I think the audio recordings could have been combined, but I understand the point of breaking them up to emphasize each point also.

Hello everyone, David Jenkins here going through the code of ethics course and looking forward to becoming a certified home inspector after 40 years in the construction industry.
Finished up all the pre-licensing courses. Now excited to complete the courses to obtain the next level.

Hi all,
My name is William and I am new to becoming a home inspector as of this week (8/20/24). I found InterNACHI to be a fabulous resource for online learning and am excited for the potential career path at the end of the course. If any other new or existing students would like to form a study group, ask questions, etc. please feel free to reach out to me. I celebrate the sense of community that the program fosters through active participation with other students and as well feedback from the course instructors, directors, founders, etc. The course was very thoughtful by design and I am very happy to be afforded this opportunity!! Also, if ever afforded the opportunity, I would love to meet Nick and the team. If I am ever back in Boulder, I will surely look you and the team up for a possible meet and greet. I am in Sonoma County, CA if anyone in the INTERNACHI administration or any other student is ever in the area and wants to talk home inspection!!

**CORRECTION:
Although I would also very much like to meet Nick and the team, I would also love to meet with Ben who is the face and voice of the company via the insightful instructional videos. The videos are a wonderful tool for learning and are thoughtfully and excellently put together!
We are not code inspectors, but we stick to our code of ethics

Aloha, Joseph here writing from Kauai where I am taking the home inspection course. I have been a custom home builder for more years than I wish to admit. I am enjoying the course so far. I feel it will be a good fit for me with my prior experience. Mahalo Joseph
