No, I would have to disagree, both as a student and also an educator, Home inspection classes and New construction classes have little similarity.

Not at all. You rarely have to crawl attics or crawlspaces in constrution.


Although I am familiar with phased inspections and draw inspections and the like, most of my HI state approved coursework was for existing residential property.
