I love inspecting out in the county where there is no AHJ or codes.

Sub panel in detached workshop. All breakers are 30 amp wired to #12 awg. Top 3 breakers on the right are all double tapped. Grounds and neutrals on common bus and feeder cable enters building and panel unprotected.
