I count only three wires…anyone else see a GEC?

Well…I can’t see one…so we can assume they used (3) wire to a sub-panel…and well…did it wrong…better PIC fella but Now give us a close up of the grounding buss bar…( left side…lol )

You are no rookie…lol…You know what to write up…

P.S. I hate fellow electricians who use the ROMEX to label their wires like that…looks sooooo BEGINNER to me…thats what a freakin Legend is for…NO not me…A LEGEND…but the panel Legend…thehehehe

The neutral bus bar is incorrectly attached to the ground and should be floating to allow the current to pass back to the main panel and remain isolated from equipment grounds. This condition should be evaluated by an electrician and serviced as necessary.

The neutral bus bar is incorrectly attached to the ground and should be floating to allow the current to pass back to the main panel and remain isolated from equipment grounds. This condition should be evaluated by ME and serviced as SOMEONE ELSE.
