Was looking at listing pics of my upcoming inspection and noticed a copper supply line coming from a 420 lb tank that ran about six feet from the tank to the wall penetration with no support. This doesn’t look kosher but I have searched online and on the forum for direction on horizontal support for copper lp fuel lines but can’t find anything. I would assume it would be the same as for water supply so around 6 feet without knowing the exact size of the line but it looks like 3/8-1/2". Any guidance?
Forget code and make a simple recommendation to protect it, or such.
They don’t have to do it.
