Tablet Based Inspection App

I have been using InspectIT inspection software for years but it will become unsupported in July of this year. Can you folks give me some suggestions for a replacement inspection app for tablets?

I noticed that a lot of inspectors use:
1-Spectacular. and
2- Home Inspector pro

Good luck and you will be happy to get rid of that InspectIT from what I hear.

Check with the vendors. Many will give you some free ones to try out their software.
